Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made
less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after arrival at the service location. Refunds,
if applicable, will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.
